100% of the entry fee goes to Spinal Cord Research!!! You may run this race anywhere the Wings for Life World Run is held in the World and represent the 1000 MILES RUN CLUB. If you are not near a race you may also run using the WFL Phone App. No matter where you run, your miles will count towards the Global Rankings. In 2018 we were the largest team in Sunrise WFL history with 226 runners signed up on the team. In 2019 we had 260 runners signed up. In 2019 we were honored to win the team combined mileage title! The Florida WFL run will take place among palm tree-lined streets in scenic South Florida. Runners can expect moderate temperatures and flat terrain leading through suburban landscapes. The race begins at 7 AM Eastern Time We were the only club (non-sponsor) to have a tent in 2017 & '18 and we had an even bigger one for 2019. Spread the word... 2020 WILL BE EPIC!!!
